A shopper has returned their TryNow items but they are damaged - can I still charge them?
TryNow ensures that we maintain an active authorization on the shopper's card throughout the trial + return period, so you can choose not honor their return due to damages and the shopper will be charged.
For example, if you use Loop Returns, you would handle this in the same way as you would a buy now order return and reject the item return in Loop. Through our integration, TryNow would see that the item was rejected and will charge the full amount for that item.
