Onboarding Guide

We're excited to partner with you! This guide includes everything you need to set up TryNow.

The steps below come with video tutorials and written walkthroughs with guidance. There are a few steps, but several of them only take a minute or two.

Pre-Work (~5 minutes)

1. Watch TryNow demo (5 minutes).
2. Add your team members (1 minute).

Onboarding (~20 minutes)

1. Configure your trial (1 minute).
2. Configure cart limits (1 minute).
3. Set up Button Visibility Rules (2 minutes).
4. Configure returns settings (3 minutes).
5. Enable TryNow in your Shopify theme (3 minutes).
6. Create a TryLink (5 minutes).
7. Edit default text fields within Shopify checkout (3 minutes).

Testing

1. Ensure operational checks.
2. Test your TryNow experience.
