Configure Your Trial

You can easily adjust how long you would like your trials to be and control when our system will automatically capture payment.

A key feature of TryNow is that all payment capture is automated.

We provide settings so that you can configure when our payment capture occurs for trials, and it all happens automatically. No manual actions required from your team!

  1. To configure your trial settings, go to Controls > Payment Capture.
  2. In the Trial Plan card, set your Trial Length, which is how long you would like shoppers to have to try on items at home after delivery.
  3. Set your Post-Trial Charge Delay. After the trial ends, determine how long you would like to give to the shopper before charging them.
    1. If the shopper does not have any returns, they will be charged this Post-Trial Charge Delay after their trial ends. So if it is set to 1, then they will be charged 1 day after their trial ends.
    2. If the shopper has returns, they need to initiate them either during their trial or during this post-trial charge delay period in order to avoid being prematurely charged.
  4. Click Save.
