Order Details Page

From your Orders dashboard, you can search for any order and click into any order to see the Order Details page.

Available Actions on the Order Details Page

Extend Trial

Review Charges

  • Note: You should never need to use this feature, as TryNow captures all payment automatically.
  • By clicking on the Review Charges button, you can see what TryNow plans to capture on the authorization and any restocking actions TryNow will take when closing the order.
  • For any extenuating circumstances, your team can use Review Charges to adjust the capture amount or restocking quantity.

View in Shopify

  • Click on the More button and click View in Shopify to open the order in Shopify.

View Emails

  • In the Timeline card, you can click View Email to see the actual emails that the shopper has received.

Reauthorize

  • Note: Again, you should never need to use this button, since TryNow will automatically place reauthorizations when needed.
  • Clicking on Reauthorize will place a new authorization on the order.

Information Available on the Order Details Page

Visual Timeline

The timeline includes a visual representation of the major events in a trial:

  • Order Placed
  • Trial Started: gets updated to reflect when the order was delivered
  • Trial Ends: based on when the order was delivered and trial length
  • Complete: when the order was charged and trial was closed

Order Amount

  • Breakdown of the line items in a TryNow order
    • Whether they were TryNow or buy now items
    • Value of the item
    • Any discounts or shipping
  • Expected amount to be captured and captured amount so far: if a trial has not closed yet, the captured amount will be $0 and this will update after the trial ends

Shopper Details

  • Name, email, phone number, and last 4 digits of shopper's payment method

Trial Plan Details

Timeline

  • All events pertaining to the trial, including:
    • Any billing transactions
    • Emails sent to the shopper
    • Order status changes

Active Authorization

  • Displays the current amount of the authorization, expiration date, and status
  • Note that you do not need to take any action on the authorization: our system tracks the expiration date and automatically re-authorizes before then to ensure that there is always a valid authorization

Returns Details

  • The Returns Details card will contain more details on any returns on an order. You will also notice an icon next to the line item that was returned.
  • An Open status means that the return was initiated but not yet accepted / closed in Loop.
  • An Accepted status means that the return has been fully accepted and closed in Loop.
  • You will also see the exact dates for when the return was initiated and accepted, as well as the return type (return, gift card, or exchange).
