Can I customize TryNow shopper emails?

You may add your logo to the top of shopper emails. TryNow emails are intentionally black and white in order to maintain neutral styling and not conflict with merchant branding.

However TryNow emails cannot be turned off and the content of emails cannot be customized at this time. We do this for a couple reasons:

  1. Brand emails alone typically do not have trial-specific information, which can lead to a poor TryNow experience.
  2. Our TryNow transactional emails contain trial-specific information and shopper FAQs gathered from thousands of shopper feedback responses. This helps to educate shoppers and keep shopper inquiries lower.
