TryNow allows for some customization to emails sent to shoppers to include merchant branding in TryNow related emails.

In Controls > Email you will see an option to upload a logo. A preview of the logo will be displayed in order to confirm the styling of the email.

If no logo is provided, only the TryNow header will appear in TryNow related emails.

Steps

  1. Go to Controls > Email.
  2. Click Select New Logo. Select the image you want to add in. Check the preview and make any adjustments needed to your image, until you are satisfied with the preview.
  3. Once finished, click Upload Logo.
