TryNow Order Statuses

TryNow order statuses in detail.

To ensure transparency and streamline operations, below you will find definitions to understand the various order statuses throughout the lifecycle of an TryNow order.

Definitions

Processing

The shopper has checked out, but we have no data yet. You will not be able to see order details until the order is at Unfulfilled status.

Unfulfilled

The order is awaiting fulfillment which means it hasn’t yet been shipped. The trial period has not started at this stage.

In Transit

The order is on its way to the shopper. The trial period will begin upon delivery.

In Trial

The shopper’s order is delivered and the trial period is in progress.

Charged

Payment for TryNow items has been successfully captured. Payment will be captured automatically because the trial is complete or can be manually closed prior to the end of the trial period.

Canceled

The order was canceled, typically due to a failed payment authorization. This ensures that un-processable orders are flagged and resolved promptly.

Completed

Typically a result of the order being fully refunded, which can result as a canceled shipment or returning all TryNow items.
