Enabling Your Happy Returns Integration

Step 1: To enable the Happy Returns integration, you will need to log in to your Happy Returns dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Settings.

Step 3: Click on Developer Tools.

​Step 4: Choose the returns webhook.

​Step 5: Click Generate.

• If you do not have access to generate a returns webhook, contact a Happy Returns team member or contact your account manager.
• You will need to request that Happy Returns send a new return key to your team. Happy Returns will then generate a new key and send it to your team via LastPass. Once received, follow the remaining steps.

Step 6: Open Merchant Portal and click on Settings > Returns. Under the section titled RMS Integrations click "Add Integration". You will see the below pop up window for you to select Happy Returns as your Returns Provider. Then you will enter in your API Key and Happy Returns Retailer ID.

Step 7: Configure your returns integration settings.

Step 8: Click "Save". Your integration is now set up!
