Why am I seeing only the TryNow button and toggle?

No need to fret! This is likely intended behavior that just requires a bit of explanation.

Only shoppers who went through a TryLink, such as clicking Try Before You Buy in the main navigation, will see the TryNow button and toggle. You are seeing this experience, because you likely recently went through a TryLink.

Shoppers who have not gone through a TryLink will not see this experience.

When a user clicks on a TryLink, our feature injects a cookie that then triggers the single-CTA experience. The reason you are seeing only the TryNow button and toggle is likely because you have recently clicked on a TryLink and therefore have this cookie.

If you open an Incognito window and navigate to the same page, you will see the two-button experience again, and you will no longer be in the TryLink experience.

The cookie is called _tn_gate, and if you would like to revert to the non-TryLink experience, all you will have to do is delete this cookie. There are a couple ways to do so:

1. You can use a cookie editor extension, such as EditThisCookie. Find the _tn_gate cookie and clear / delete it.
2. You can delete the cookie without an app or extension using the Inspect tool. See the video tutorial below.
