Add Your Team Members

Invite your team members to TryNow Merchant Portal, which will serve as your home base for all features, settings, and program insights.

The link to your TryNow Merchant Portal is https://merchant.trynow.io/. We'd recommend bookmarking this page in your browser!

  1. From your TryNow Merchant Portal, go to Admin > Users.
  2. Click on Add User on the top-right corner.
  3. Include the email of the person you want to invite and set their role to either Admin or Read Only.
    1. Note: Only Admins are allowed to change settings, and only Admins receive the Weekly Insights emails.
  4. Your team members will receive an email inviting them to the portal.
