Zero Keep Fee Exempt Products

Some products should be ignored when it determining whether or not an order is fully returned.

For example, if your store uses some kind of Order Protection fee or has a TryNow Fee, those products are not technically items and should not be included in the return balance.

Products added to the exempt list will not impact internal return calculations.

Set these return exempt products in Merchant Portal by navigating to Controls > Returns

Select whichever products you would like to ignore in return calculations, and click Save.

• You can search for products in your Shopify store by Product Title or Product ID.
• Once a product is located, click the + button next to it to mark it for exemption.
• Click the Save button to confirm the addition. A success toast notification will appear.

Effects of Exempt Products

Products listed as exempt...

1. Are excluded from the return balance and product count calculations.
2. Ensure accurate reporting by ignoring non-physical products (like fees or insurance).

Important Notes

TryNow Fee SKUs or other similar items may be added automatically or prompted to be added during the setup process.

Removal of a fee SKU (e.g., "TryNow Fee") will also remove it from the exempt list.
