Due to a Shopify bug, non-Shopify Plus merchants with restocking fees or exchanges may risk losing funds. This affects all orders via the Try Before You Buy APIs and is beyond our control. If you are a non-Shopify Plus merchant wanting to use Try Before You Buy, we recommend that you reach out to Shopify to request improved compatibility.

More Ideal: Shopify 2.0 Theme or product.json file

TryNow requires a product.json file to function properly. If you are on a Shopify 1.0 theme, you will need to complete one additional step to build this file and enable our app.
